Basic Tools for a Six Sigma project

Among the basic tools for a Six Sigma tools, one of the basic methodologies for a Six Sigma project is the DMAIC cycle, acronym for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control. For each one of these stages, different implementation tools are used. During the Define stage we look for the identification of key projects for identifying improvements. During the Improve stage, improvement alternatives for the process are developed, implemented and validated.

Previous Knowledge
